Yoghurt is increasingly popular these days. However, with so much competition how do these yoghurt shops differentiate themselves? I’d say withe “gi-normous” salmon roe looking spheres of luscious juice. If you are not familiar with fish eggs, they look like round jelly beans, or small orange frog eggs. When you eat them, they pop like fish eggs. They have a thin membrane casing, similar to fish oil pills. Okay, let’s stop talking about fish. Red Mango yoghurt and these exploding boba are tasty. By the way “boba” is a name for tapioca like in bubble tea, another item you should try.
